You need:
1. Azureus (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/)
2. Java 1.5 (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/)
3. Some good torrent sites:
lokitorrent.com
tvtorrents.tv
btefnet.net
...and many others are available...
Check the FAQ if you're having any problems.

You might be better off getting a program like this http://www.bitcomet.com/ , opening and configuring it, then going to one of the sites on the left (that are still working). suprnoca doesn't sound right to me

bitcomet with thoose links on the left looks very strange: some of them doesnt work, some of them are only forums... I cant understand that BT's system. if they wanted to have alot of user, they wouldnt create such $hit I think.
How about these you complainer you! :;)

BT is by far the biggest network in terms of the amount total traffic per user. The numbers are astronimal. Just mention what type of material you're interested in (nothing specific) and I'm sure that somebody will be able to point you in the right direction. It's not as simple/easy as it was a few weeks ago but it's nowhere near as difficult as some make it out to be, and in the end, it's worth hunting down a few sites that meet your needs.

The biggest horror site has shut itself down. You are too late.
Bitcomet, bittornado and the rest are all BT clients, you can use any of them for BT downloads on any site. These clients are just designed by different people for using the same core network (BT).
The links are just like hash links for Kazaa. Click on the links and whatever client you choose should start up and download the file for you after you've downloaded the link (torrent).
