hi everyone,

i hope someone can answer this for me.
lets say someone uses 7 hubs (1 private), with a min. 4gb sharing. and has no more that 4.5 gb's.

and he/she has nothing to do with runnning the hubs.

basically what im asking for is will the authorities bother targeting a small timer like that when their are bigger fish to fry?

add to that, what if that person has NO motion pictures, NO sick porn (child, beastiality), or NO software.

maybee a couple of music videos and dvd clips and mp3's.

you would probably be low on their priority list, but most certainly still on it.

How much copyrighted material do you have and share? That's what it's about. If you live in the US and share copyrighted material then you're a possible target.

well, i never said it was me.

now, my thinking is that since that person is in the low end hubs, and by the way, if im not mistaken the riaa doesnt look at the hubs only the software and movie companies do, and since that person has no movies or software, just mp3's, and sharing maybee 4 .2 gigs, will they even bother with that person when they can get the big guns (hub owners of huge hubs)?

oh and by the way, can you get in trouble for DOWNLOADING from yousendit or ezshare, i heard that when you just download, your info is not left there, only if you upload.\

thanks.
