What happened to Torrentbits.org

I know the REAL torrentbits went down and a second one is rising from the dead, but look at http://www.torrentbits.org now...it seems that someone has got the address and has made it into a scam site (well kinda) or I should say a fraud site.
The site offers some kind of program to install that allows you to get content leagally for free LOL. And the main page has some fake peer stats with hyperlinks on all the words directed to the jon page.

Yes, this has been discussed on another file sharing forum. It seems that the domain has been bought out by some lame company that wants to take advantage of newbies. Torrentbits 2 is already up and running so the only people that may use that site, are people with absolutely no clue what filesharing is about. The day I have to pay to download files is the day I quit altogether.

The original TB closed up shop to prevent users/owners from getting sued. Now, as you see, it's a scam site.
