Keep in mind.....european release dates!
Shall we dance - I was actually suprised by this movie, it wasn't the best movie I ever saw. However probably one of J lo's best!
The Terminal - Well made and acted movie. Nice to c that good movies can even still be made in hollywood with a low budget!
Scary Movie 3 - Kinda rediscovered it on dvd.....its the funniest shit ever, if your in the right mood. Together with my friend and a doobie our chests hurt of laughter!
Gladiator - Just bought it on dvd (cause it was cheap as hell). Damn, that movie's a classic. It's really an outstanding movie...

Lemony Snickets - a Series of Unfortunate Events - I saw this on Saturday and loved it. There are some very unique ideas and concepts here and its totally unlike any other movie I have seen . Jim Carrey is amazing as the evil Count Olaf . He seems to really lose himself in his characters to the point where they have a life and personality of their own. The victorian gothic look and feel of the movie is awesome . The three ophans are however the best part of the film and make this an unforgettable film. Violet- the inventor, Klaus- the bookworm and Sunny-the biter (with hilarious subtitles ) really make an incredible and memorable combo and you can't help rooting for them to beat the evil count Olaf. Great holiday entertainment .

Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle. Hands down the funniest movie I have ever seen, the prior winner being Super Troopers. It even has an actual storyline and purpose. I was impressed.

Neil Patric Harris made me completely loose it in that movie, seeing him hanging out of a sun roof snorting god knows what of a hookers ass was the funniest shit I have seen in a while (after screwing the back seat of the car). Good old Doogie Howser.... :gj

Deep Cover - Lawrance Fishburn or however you spell makes the low budget film half way decent to watch.
Equalibrium- Post apocolyptic very underated
Absolon - Decent flick coulda slapped a bit more cash into the budget
The Day After Tommorow - Good film
Alaxander - Sucked Most beefed up advertisement for a movie made...
Passion Of Christ - If you dont feel like reading dont view this movie cause you have to read the whole movie weather on DVD or in the theaters....
Dodgeball - So stupid its funny
Elf - Filled with dry humor good flick to watch around XMAS
The Matrix Trilogy - all 3 of these movies make up what I consider to be the best trilogy of movies made.
Cabin Feaver - Good Horror Film
Jeepers Creepers - Good flick I like the first one better then the second because the first one reminded me more of a classic horror film and didnt have as much soap opera like actors...
Altered State - Classic Film Decent acting Decent storyline Old school video effects though... Worth watching once.
Chronicles Of Riddick - Good movie
Legends Of The Fall - A bit dramatic but good movie overall.
A Walk To Remember - Though it has some little teeny booper/Chick flick Aspects to it I think that it was a halfway decent film.
Darkness - A new classic horror film strange its being realesed in theaters when I saw the film about a year and a half ago. Definately worth watching I am going to go view it in the theaters here soon.
The ______ of a spotless mind - I forget the whole title but it was a good flick Jim Carey supprised me in playing a totally differnt charecter from the normal Jim Carey.
holy beans I could sit here all night and list movies hell I probably have saw more movies then Ebert and Roper dam I wish I had the job of being a movie critic talk about the life you get to view all these movies and make judgements on weather there worth a dam or not.
Where dose a guy sign up for something like this?
That'd be the life.

This weekend I saw Lemony Snicket's... and The Life Aquatic. Both were superb. The Life Aquatic was made for me... either you love it or hate it... I am in the loving it camp. You need to appreciate it for the grand satire that it is, and a love for 60's/70's nature films is a plus. So beautiful and hilarious. Snicket was awesome... most people will love this film. It is dark and has subtle laters that the degenerate masses will miss.
I also watched a few vids on DVD... Dodgeball... I watched 25 minutes before turning it off... Man on Fire... beautiful cinematography and editing coupled with an exciting story... good for people that enjoy dramatic tension and explosions... Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter... and Spring... lovely Korean film... deep, but kinda boring.... THX-1138 Dir Cut... bleak world of the future... watched about 20 minutes before I turned it off.
I realize I watch far too many movies, since I have seen all of these since Tuesday night... along with several episodes of Penn & Teller's Bullshit and the first Seinfeld disc... then again, I am on vacation.
