I highly recommend firefox. It is the next leader after firefox. Most internet junkies and such swear by it. If your willing to shell out some cash tho opera is also a very great browser. But personally i would go for firefox. You can find it here www.firefox.com its free.

IMHO, firefox is the best. Not besides IE, but better period, as any vulnerabilities are fixed faster, and that they also listen to the users. PS, free is not a bad thing. http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

I'm just beginning to see the insane amount of customization one can do with firefox. There is a seemingly unlimited number of options you can fiddle around with by editing certain files, not to mention skin editing.

To top it off, its probably the most secure browser out there.

11 million users(I saw this # on dslreports yesterday) who chose Firefox can't be wrong.They were the one's who were on the ball enough to figure out that there were alternatives.
Jump on the bandwagon and enjoy the ride.There ain't nothing better.
If you want to try to pump up Internet Explorer,there are a couple add ons you could use.
But that is between you and google.
Just get Firefox and enjoy.

I learned about Firefox here in these forums and must say I did'nt know there was anything else except IE. Firefox has my vote but what about its mail companion, thunderbird? I am using it instead of outlook express but undecided. What do the rest of you think about it?

Have to plug Opera. And yes I do use Firefox aswell, but I prefer Opera overall and the new version is looking like something else.

I would also say Opera or Firefox are better then IE but I have all three install with Opera as my main browser, Firefox as the next one I goto and IE the last in line. I still disable plugin on all of them because I don't trust plugin and most of the time Script is disable.

FireFox...Opera is bloatware...
