Outlook express problem

Hello,
I do some volenteer work for another blind person near me, and we're having a problem,
SShe has blocked people and can't unblock them. I took a look in tools/options, and looked all through the varius tabs, with no luck. Ms sure makes this hard=
I'm thinking it is server side problem, as she uses a pop3 mail server. Any thoughts? Rather then switching email clients? lol

Well, if your friend is using yahoo pop mail for example via OE. Wouldn't you go to yahoo's site to manage your settings and permissions? Or was the rule created in OE itself? Is it only certain addresses that are being blocked and she is receiving other mail? I know in M$ outlook it is easy to change your organize rules, but OE doesn't have that option.

You should go to tools-message rules--blocked senders list.
There you can unblock whoever you want to. Hope this helps my friend.

Thanks hunter: she is using telus's mail server , :P I believe hunters suggestion should fix the problem we're having, thanks!
