Scary...check out Startup Monitor. A great program for preventing that sort of thing.

you still have to use outlook for email for it to work, and if you've got firefox etc., why would you still be using outlook?
get yourself thunderbird, or at least disable java and html in your email
your title seems a bit deceptive, at least to people who can read
