Many members of the file-sharing community have been alarmed over the last day due to Suprnova.org being inaccessible. Due to the current mobilization of RetSpan and the MPAA, wild speculation began to run rampant. However, a reasonable and considerably less hostile explanation has been issued by Sloncek, the administrator of Suprnova.org. The following is from a SuprNova.org mirror:

"SuprNova has not been accessible during last 24 hours. This is because of a server issue. We are working on the problem and are trying to fix it as fast as we can. That is why SuprNova is right now running on backup servers, meaning search is down and it might take a little longer for the site to load.
We are sorry for the trouble, but keep in mind that we are trying to fix the problem as fast as we can!"
Considering the amount of threads and posts regarding this issue, it is easy to see the importance of SuprNova.org. In the mean time, all that is needed is a bit of patience while the necessary repairs are made.
