Downloading mp3 files lately has been very slow, the download speed will go from, say 5,000 Bps to 0 and back up (not that dial up is fast to begin with). It won't stay consistant it just keeps going up and down, all the way to 0.
I have recently upgraded to 3.3, proir to 3.3 it rarely ever did this.
BTW, I use a dial up 56k modem (until tomorrow). Anway, can anyone explain what is happening. Is this a connection issue or software problem? Thanks in advance for any help.
