Help.....I can't bring Shareaza up..nor IE...Help...

Been using Shareaza or a few months now. Good program. Used it lasy night. Tried to bring it up today and it won't come up.I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it...no can do.
Heck, I can't even bring up IE. I'm running XP pro...hadn't reconfigured my system in any way overnight. Any ideas?

Describe your problem in more detail.
Exactly what happens when you try to start shareaza or IE?
If there is an error message quote the exact words that appear on the screen.

My bad...there's no nothing. I double-click on either one of''em, get the lil hourglass and ... nothing happens. Just nothing. I'm clueless. Used them one night...next day...nothing. But here's something else, i'll log on as admin and I can use them both. Go figure.

id say its either a spyware/virus issue, or ie is corrupt. do any other apps have issues?

Those two are the only two that I have problems with.I've used Spybot, Ad-Aware, System Mechanic, and a few on-line virus scanners/spy-ware scanners and nothing comes up. I even have "Hi-Jack This" and I can't see anything. It's a mystery and I'll try to get to the bottom of this...
