I have problem's white WinMX 3.3 I can download but not upload

My OS is ME firewall is BlackICE and Cable modem

settings BlackICE : name WinMX TCP 6699 UDP 6257

WinMX 3.3 via internnetwork no conect

WinMX 2.6 drives of all PC's in a network WinMX not :(
