really need some help my pc is running really slow my internet is slow as hell i found these in my pc peper trojan i might think i have some adware please give some thins that may fix these issues thankz any help would be grateful ..... :santa

the three main things you can do:

1) get adaware (http://www.lavasoft.de/ms/index.htm) or spybot search and destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html), and run scans regularly.

2) get an up to date firewall and antivirus.

3) get a better, more secure web browser like mozilla (http://www.mozilla.org/) or opera (http://www.opera.com/) and stop using ie except when necessary.

The only other thing I would add is to stay away from spyware filled p2p programs, such as Kazaa. Instead go with a spyware free one, such as Shareaza.

First you need to use your anti-virus program and/or onlone virus checkers to find any virus or trojan you might have. Then use Adaware & Spybot Search & Destroy, to get rid of adwares & spywares. Once you think your PC is clean, get a firewall & registry cleaner installed & clean your registry as some programs you uninstalled left their registry entries behind! Do a defrag on your hard disk, then go to BlackViper.com to see how to disable some of the Windows Services that you don't need to use. (Windows Messenger Service is not for Instant Messenging, you can disable that so no one can send ad messages using this hole.)

Other than what I mentioned above, you might need to provide more information about your computer to others, so others could help!
