can't download

downloaded winmx successfully a few weeks ago, and everything was fine downloading shared mp3's. now, all of a sudden when I perform a search nothing lists. any ideas as to what happened? should i uninstall winmx and download it again? thanks. rick

Of course this is way way late, but ill say it for any others who have this problem. That happened to me a while back, and the solution is simple. Go to the site and upgrade to the latest WinMX. The WinMx window will have a link for an update but it may be another old one, so go to the website and download it from there.

if you have already updated... you might check and see if your ports are configured correctly
also use keywords not the whole title
and make sure the file type is set to search for what your looking for...

if that doesn't help... sorry about your luck
