In my full installer of K-Lite 2.6 isn't trojan or something like this. Ask somebody, like Lite, FTFakes, Mavol, isamma

Wasnt saying your program had a trojan for sure. It could, but I don't know, although others have made allegations. Its best to be carefull.

ed2k lite does not have any trogen. I scanned it with an totaly up to date version of AVG 7free, and it came up clean.

This program is an utter waste of space. The spyware in edonkey is optional, and if i remember correctly you have to choose to install it, so it won't be installed during a default installation.

So all this "lite" version does is get rid of a tiny banner on the top right hand corner. WOW :gj the "developer" behind this "program" deserves serious kudos for such a visionary contribution to the world of free software. Or you could just block the ad with your host file if it bothers you that much.

Steer well clear of this leeching tool folks.

I've been using this version of eDonkey for about 3 weeks now. While it's not fast track downloading, I've found every file that I've been looking for within a minute or so of searching. Downloading takes a bit more time than Kazaa Lite+++ but I wasn't able to find a large number of files that I wanted at through Kazaa Lite either. And those that I did find often had "more sources". I'm enjoying eDonkey 2000 Lite very much and if you are into P2P file sharing, I suggest giving it a try instead of dissing it.
