...if you cracked it (I'm assuming you mean you used a crack distributed on the net), and it's still asking for registration, then the crack was bad. The idea behind a crack is that when it's used on a program, it won't ask for registration anymore. Uninstall and find a good one.

Usually, that's how it works. There's also usually an NFO or DIZ file included in the rar or zip file you download, take a look at those using notepad and they should have instructions. Different cracks are used different ways, I can't give you exact instructions because I don't know the program or the crack.
