Yes. It is possible to view incomplete files. But a pain in the ass to describe in a message. Go buy the movie. Wait, Lithuainia? Hmm.... What's it like over there?

how about this:
http://edwatch.cjb.net/
'eDwatch is a tool for eDonkey, eMule, or any p2p software using the edonkey-specific 'part' and 'part.met' files.
Its main purpose is to preview the files you download, in order to prevent you from downloading 'fake' files or bad quality movies.'

All you need is emule to use edwatch.
You load it up and click on the black parts of the file you're downloading to see the picture of it.
Its simpler to use than kazaa.

Its not hard, assuming its an avi file you want to preview
1. go to http://edwatch.cjb.net/ download edwatch
2. go to http://www.funkster.org/ and download avipreview
3. open edwatch
4. on the confirguration menu choose main configuration and browse to your emule temp directory
5. on the configuration menu choose avi preview and vlc utilities and browse to the avipreview program you downloaded
6. when youve done that right click on the avi files that you want to preview and choose preview avi with avi preview.
if its an mpeg you want to preview then you need to download vlc player, and do pretty much the same as above.

If you have VLC player, all you need is the plug-in from emule-project.net!

"on the configuration menu choose avi preview and vlc utilities and browse to the avipreview program you downloaded" u mean I have to choose the setup file of avipreview, or the icon file of installed avipreview?
when you download avipreview it was probably in a zip file, unzip the file and you should get a file called AviPreviewC.exe this is the one you need to browse to.
You may get an error if you have not downloaded enough of the file to build a preview, or if it is not an avi file.
Also if it is not showing all the files you are currently downloading, go back to the configuration menu and choose your temp directory again it should update to all the files you have.

Preview with VLC Player is better! Under the options in eMule's Plug-In you can use Seek Stream to play there is no need to build a file first & inside eMule window you just need to right click on the file if preview is available. (You'll need to setup which player you want to use for preview, under eMule's configuration!)
