BitTornado And Windows 2000

Hey guys i got a problem. All the torrents i try to download wont start. Does anyone know whats wrong ?. It works on windows xp fine but i want to use windows 2000 and the torrents just wont start.

I'm not using Windows 2000, but have you tried to run that program as Windows 98 compatible?
