ook, why it is more easy to close p2p systems, which use the web based system? I mean audiogalaxy, mediaseek...? and why there is more hard to close such as kazaa?
You don't know this by now? how long have you been a member here?
Because web-based systems such as mediaseek/audiogalaxy are centralized.
if they do not accede to the RIAA demands they can get law enforcement involved and physically shut them down. With systems such as KaZaA, bit torrent, Overnet there is no central server or one location which runs the entire network, they cannot be shut down.
To effectively stop file sharing at this stage of the game they would have to shut down the internet. (not possible)

The problem with web base p2p is that they need central server to find a file and transfer the infomation to a external software or a script that creaates a box inside the browser. If that server is taken down for what ever reason then your p2p is gone. I don't think you could make a script base p2p that would use an ideal that kazaa uses, but I could be wrong, that would display in a way simular to audiogalaxy for easy downloading.

I dont think the RIAA as any jurisdiction in Europe. Although im sure that the music trade group over in europe might have something to say
