In need of help with WinMX

I upgraded from 2.6 to 3.3 of Win MX. Now my folder is filthy with files filling giant spaces with incomplete and random numbers tagged on them. How do I turn this off, so that it no longer alters file names when they are incomplete?

You can't, when the file is completed you will have the right tag name.
