Bad Files on KaZaA-lite, need better program?

Hi Guys,
Just in resent weeks I have noticed lots of bad files .... they are either blank or play fine for a while & then a loud buzzing noice that could blow your speakers .... I know this is anti-downloading crap ... and feel I am wasting my time online ... I also have heard many are moving to posible better programs like E-Mule .... Is KaZaA dead now? Is there a better program now? Is there one that you know will be a good file before downloading?

i heard those FastTrack users were moving to Ares and eDonkey network but before u install their client, disconnect yur internet connection (coz you'll never know) and then proceed to yur installation and uncheck all spywares.
