anyone know the name or where to find one, I'm looking for a decent and free GIF maker so i can make a better avatar when i post on bulletin boards, thanks, hope you can help me out.

Potato means that you should make sure and post in the right sections of the forum depending on your question's content. Read the descriptions and decide where would be best for it.
