Suprnova uploading torrent

I have been trying to upload a torrent now for over two weeks. I get a timed out message both from home and elsewhere.

I'm guessing the site is not down as there is new downloads avalible every day.

Does anyone know of an alternitive way to submit the torrents or that can confim they are having the same problems?

Fine on my end. Is this happening on just one torrent or all of them. If it is just one, it maybe that the sight were it is from maybe down. Are you using this link to get to the site? http://suprnova.org/, I not try it first. If that does not work, try this download step.
First delete any files you have already attempted to download and got the timed out message on.
Next right click the torrent>left click save target>left click open. When this is done do the regular steps as they appear. Hope this works.

It seems my ISP must be blocking the IP of the upload server.

Is there any alternative way to get torrents uploaded to the site?
