Using azureus while running webtunnel? How?

I live on campus and they use a filter called websense......I found this program(webtunnel) that allows me to surf and file share

I can surf without being blocked but haven't figured out quite yet how to use bittorrent....


If you can give me some info...i would really be thankful! :-) I have an iMac(if that helps with the advice giving)
