Is there any program that burns IMG files? I don't wanna use virtual cd-rom, i need to burn the IMG file in a CD. Thanks.

alcohol 120% should burn IMG files, though I'm not entirely sure.
I wouldn't have thought of this had you not mentioned virtual CDs, but you could use somthing to mount the img file, then in your favorite burning program, just copy the CD that you mounted...

not a good idea.
reason 1) many CD image files, such as BIN, IMG, and NRG have much more information in them than an ISO file. For example - the average BIN file downloaded from filesharing app X is well over 700 MB, yet fits onto a 700MB disk. The reason for this, among other things, is information about how the disk is to be written. ISO files do not have this feature. in some cases, this can present a problem, and you are screwed.
reason 2) converting formats is time consuming. If you have the proper software, just burning will take much less time, and likely be more successful than were the file converted.
