Which file sharing program?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a file sharing program that I can dowload free to use for downloading music and videos that has no spyware or adware. What program(s) do you guys reccommend, and where can I go to get them?

E-Mule or Bit torrent .I use the Bit Comet program for bit torrent downloads and its great .
Neither have any spyware or adware .
