Haven't upgraded to 3.3 yet, but I was just wondering if people out there are still experiencing problems with the primary connection causing their computer to crash. With the old version of WinMX, primary connection crashed my Duron 800, 256 MB RAM machine everytime. Any thoughts?

Works great. No crashes. No problem with PRIMARY CONNECTION, or secondary for that matter. On any system slower or faster than yours. On any version of windows. I've used all versions including all the betas of 3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, (and all the way back to 2.6 and 1.8.)
Ran it on XP, 98, ME, on Celerons, PIII's, P4's, PII's, from 233Mhz to 2Gigahertz, in front of, and behind firewalls, routers, etc. (with port forwarding), tested on broadband and dialup. Primary Works great.
Most likely you installed over top of your old winmx or you have a corrupted .dat file: opennapconfig.dat, settings.dat, colors.dat or whatever. Clean out that stuff, or create a new empty directory and install into that. That may be your prob.

I still have some problems with 3.33, can't connect to certain opennap users, I get the 'busy(queueable)' no mather how many times I try to enter their queue. Other than that it's still the same trade system where ppl trade what they got for nothing, and you always have to wait in endless queues for days in order to get a movie that takes you 8 hours to get in kazaa, and when you finally start your tranfser you get cut off...
