Can't connect!!

Ok, I give up. I've been trying to use WinMX 3.22 for a while, but it NEVER connects to the network! For some strange reason, I can't even connect to the www.winmx.com website. I have tried to bypass an internet lock, (add 1 in front of TCP / UDP codes, etc.) but it didn't help. Would anybody have a hint of what may be going on?

well the new version 3.3 is out so try that instead. i notice when winmx comes out with a new version the older version seems to take an eternity to connect (maybe forcing everyone to upgrade to the latest version)

1. No. You can't use old version 3.22. That is obsolete. "Whoa" is correct. It is shut off. You can stop futzing with 3.22 because it will never connect. Go download the latest version. It will connect right away.

2. If you got problems connecting to www.winmx.com then you got more problems on your own pc. Because www.winmx.com comes up fine. It's not the site, it's you. Either something's messed up with your internet connection, you got a dead or limiting proxy or firewall in your IE browser, or your own place is blocking it.

3. In any case, it doesn't matter at all because you can get winmx all over the place.

a) Go put "winmx330.exe" into GOOGLE.com


b) Direct Download Link: http://dld25.winmx.com/274529165/winmx330.exe

c) If your winmx version 2.6 still works use it to search for and download Winmx330.exe, some people share it.

d) use other p2p progs to download the winmx330.exe

e) so many other ways to get it...
