i recently updated my windows version to sp2 and luckily all my p2p apps work just perfectly
this isnt much of a problem, just a nuisance, anyone know how i can get rid of IE blocking my downloads and forcing me to allow them to begin??

I'm not installing SP2, so I can't really help you. I'm basically just posting this to say that I think SP2 sucks. It slows down my computer's boot times and I get a few other small problems. I just uninstalled it after dowlnoading it.

Don't use IE.

You won't regret it.
Also, make sure you get the SP 2 Registry hack for outgoing connections.

I have not downloaded it nor do I have any intention of doing so in the future. My system is fine with out it. I am a firm believer in "IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT".
