Improve Upload speed

Hi

I can download bittorrents at around 160 kb but when im only seeding and doing nothing else on the machine i get a up load speed of around 30 kb is there anyway i can increase my upload speed to take advantage of the idle bandwidth when the system only seeds.

Not really, sorry. You must be using cable or 1.5 Dsl and which case your upload will always be slower then your download usaully by a factor of 6 or more.
