I read about some web site based p2p service that the RIAA racked bakc to Beijing! i tried to access it but to no avail, just to see what it was like. Of course we all know how people who go to china com back with bundles of the latest CDs that cost them next to nothing, but a P2P service run from china? Do you think the Communists are going to let the RIAA a king of the capitalist world interfere with their runnings of their country and prevent a service that shares ideals with The deepest of communist Theory?

I await further news in this area... should be interesting.

Can the western governments ban this service - and then go against the democratic consitutional rights of personal freedoms?

Maybe this is the future of P2P... maybe we need a service run from Iraq? hehe just joking but seriouslt what do you think?

Maybe you can read the various news stories of china cracking down on piracy...

I think this idea which is not new is flawed and in the end does not work..

Capitalism is alive and well in China and Russia, and it has been for some time. And the working class and other unfortunates there are paying the price, big time. Not to mention the environment. Good grief!
