Particle Blue's distinctive sound, described as 'hybrid electro-pop', is the combined creative effort of Antoine Vella and Claire Tonna. 2004 has been a very busy year for the duo, as momentum has been building up for the release of the 12-track debut album by the name of 'Generation Hope'. The album's official launch Party will take place at Poxx Bar (St.George's Bay, St. Julian's) on Thursday, 26th August 2004 at 9.00pm.
Preparations have long been underway as Particle Blue have vowed to entertain the crowd with a Live PA featuring local artists Mario from Lumiere and Martha, in addition to fresh compositions and club extended versions of signature tunes such as 'Weekend'. A host of attractions such as fire poi and guest DJs Woody Aki, Re-volt and Joshua will follow.
The CD album includes an interactive datatrack and will be available for purchase on the night. It can also be obtained on-line.
