Win98se
Nero 6.3
DVD/CD R/RW
Standalone player...... good spec'
DVD decrypter
DVD shrink
ImgTool

I have a harry potter movie CD as an ISO image (502mb) and when I burn as DVD it still does not play on the DVD player.
I am doing something wrong because on the CD there is a SETUP FILE etc.!! so I may be completely miising out some proceedure, and the ISO requires further "work" before it is able to be burnt as a movie.
Don't be too harsh on a newbie please.

if it has a setup file... u probably downloaded a fake file
just wondering, did u open the setup file?? (of course after checking it for viruses) if so, what happened?

if there is a setup.exe file it's probably the game for the movie, not the movie itself.

Yep....lousy game at that.

Now if they had cheats such as those found for Tomb Raider...mmmm buck naked Hermione! w00t!

If it is a VCD (it'd be a very shitty copy at that size) then you could try mounting it with a virtual drive such as Daemon or Alcohol 120% but I wouldn't waste another disc on it...

Also find a bit-torrent site with Replica's copy of the movie...it's a DVD-R img made from a telecline transfer.....basically it's off a nice HQ dat tape or some other digital camcorder format. It's letterbox and extremely crisp all things considered...so give it a look see.

Edit: Just for you Miniver- Emma is HOT.
