Problem burning game with rar

I just downloaded a game with Overnet, in winrar ZIP archive. The game file (1,4 gb) is accompanied with a winrar.exe of more than 700.000 kb. When I use my own Winrar to open the game file, in the Winrar window the two files remain exactly the same, so you do not see any of the game files, but stil the two downloaded files. When I try to unpack the game file, it it says the archive is corrupted. I tried downloading different versions of the game with different file sizes. Every time I have the same problem Anybody has a clue? Did the game developer find a way to mess with p2p filesharing of this game?

either you need a newer version of winrar or the file is corrupt

[edit] also might want to give bittorent a try good for large games and such
