I'm having trouble with Nero 6, keeps freezing

Everytime I try to make a DVD-Video disc or a mini-DVD after I click on 'Burn' it would freeze after that and it would 'Not Responding'.

The files I'm trying to burn are: .VOB, .IFO, .BUP

I also burned a different movie file that are VOBs IFOs and BUPs BEFORE and it worked fine on my dvd player. Now Nero keeps freezing !?

I had some similar problems with NeroVision Express lately. It may be connected with upgrades to the OS but I'm not sure as I'm not enough of a geek(yet) to diary events, or check the event log when something happens. But I solved my Nero problems. 1st time I uninstalled and re-installed Nero but no success. Then 2nd time: Uninstalled Nero and NeroVision and all Ahead products. Deleted all Ahead registry entries and all Ahead material except for the plug ins folder in Programs>Common Files>Ahead. I then re-installed the latest versions of all my Nero applications and all was well again. Of course you need a working key to make a totally fresh install. I've also since upgraded XP to SP2 and all is good.

Had trouble like this since updating Nero to latest.Was ok before!!

i think nero 5.5 is more..stable i still use it.
