Begginer Question

Hi everybody, I'm new to the Bittorrent community but I'm enjoy it alot.I've downloaded a couple of movies, but my question is. How do I share files once their downloaded? Do I share the bittorrent file itself or share the actual .mpeg movie? This might be a dumb question but I really don't know. I ask because like they say, Bittorrent is all about sharing.And I'd also like to contribute to the community.Any help would be great.

When you download you are uploading too (sharing) common courtesy is to leave the torrent running after you have finished downloading

Well this is seeding but he's right if youd like to know more a faq on this site
