Need help extracting bin file

I just Downloaded a bin file from overnet that weighs in at 840,800Kb and need to extract it.
I dont have a burner and have tried several programs (like Daemon tools and ISO buster) but cant figure out how to use em, it seems like I just make a mess of things so I came here. What are some easy, straight forward extracting programs that can be used by someone like me.

Use Alcohol 120% it has virtual drives like daemon but is much more simple. Once you have it installed, just right click on your virtual drive, select mount, and browse to the bin file you want to mount to the drive. Then just double click on the drive to explore the disc.

Ok I downloaded alcohol but when I select the folder that the bin files in its empty but I know Its in there. I read about this somewhere else and the article said not to worry about it, forgot what it said so ill try to find it but any help is appreciated.

all I could find was a cue file Iso buster created, the original file I downloaded was only a bin file, anyways I click on "My computer" and theres a new drive called "CD Drive F" so I click on that and get this error.
"Disk is not formatted
Windows cannot read from this disk. The disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatible with windows."

Sounds like the image is corrupt... tried extracting the files with iso buster? Or converting it to a .iso file?

Yeah I tried, but failed. This other forum said to "right click on the part that has a little blue part that says ISO on it and goto Extract <imagename> and select a folder." But there was no "little blue part" that said iso on it, only "track 1" and "CD" I clicked on cd and selected "Extract CD <image>" and that created a cue file called "CD" and a bin image called "CD" but the bin image was bigger than the original bin by about 100,000kb (dont know what that means.) What did I do wrong cause Im confused by all this.

btw another forum told me its easy to edit bin files. They said it proboly points to the wrong filename and to check and see if the name is the same in the quotes as the bin file. should I try that?

hmm, im not sure what they mean by 'editing' it, i wouldnt recommend doing it manually, but with there might be some stuff in isobuster you can try.
you might also want to try mounting the cue file which isobuster generated.

Don't just double click the drive. Right click the new drive, select mount, select open, browse to the directory and when you get there expand the list where it says "files of type" select "all files (*.*) and your bin should appear. Click on it and then it will mount. It takes a few seconds, after that you will be able to browse the disc.

It still says the disk is not formated, I have two questions, is there any way to force the drive to open and how do I format the drive.

Never mind, formating the drive is mounting the image (brain fart.) Is there anything else we can do to mount the image?

No and the file was completely corrupted, It never was a game but many different files under a game name. BIG letdown you gotta be carefull about p2p. And thanks for the help. :ass
