I think the sex was consensual. In fact she should be brought up on charges.
Anyhoot thats just my opinion, what doesnt make sense to me is that she might want to drop the charges because she feels her past sexual history will influence the case, but yet she is seeking monetary compensation in a civil matter against Kobe. *sounds to me like she is a liar*
