C4Dll.ll ?

I downloaded a few things and they are telling me that c4dll.ll is not installed yet i think i have it in the directory or something can someone help please.

All i can find at the moment is where to download the dll itself at: http://www.ezgoal.com/channels/developer/f.asp?f=189158

I'll keep looking though.

Thank you it seems to be in the program i have but it isnt in the right spot. NOT sure

C:\Windows\System32 is where it needs to be. or \system...sorry :)
