Need help with opening program

Hello i downloaded a program called Streets and Maps. It was ISO images then i open them isobuster but cant get the program to install. Tried all the normal stuff. Any input .

Did you try using a KEygen or something. or you see any install exe files in the image itself that you opened it with? Or have a virtual drive?

Can you get it extracted with ISO Buster, then you cant install?

Or can't you extract it to begin with?

i can get them extraced and once i hit one setup it says i need Microsoft CE app Manager.
