I signed up for 24/7 Downloads Jul 2, 2006. After downloading their software and paying $23.88 , I found the program too difficult to use. I never even downloaded a single item!! The next day I requested my money back. They sent back an insulting e-mail telling me I must follow their "special procedures" to get a refund. I immediately realized that this was a bogus company, but I followed their instructions to the letter. Within the next month I sent 4 e-mails requesting status, I never got another reply.
Not only is 24/7 CS a terrible program, but they rip-you-off!! DO NOT USE , excuse my shouting.

ya, i wouldn't use that. try clicking on the software tab here on zp and check some of the free ones out.
