yes, as he said you got hooked up to a limited node, just the other day i was on and it was 90,000. I jumped super nodes a few times and voila, back to 2.7 million users

you have kazaa lite, right? Well just click jump supernode until it comes back up. You are on bad supernodes and you aren't reaching many users.

Nice rebirth, nice... Considering I have about 20 - 25 p2p clients installed at any time and that I am very familiar with each of them, it's funny that I still get the you are a noob for using Kazaa response.
Kazaa is still the best source for music videos, documents, pictures, and some tv shows.
I think smarter people still realize that Kazaa is useful to use if you want certain things and until the amount of people drops considerably more, I will continue to use it for those items. I'm not saying smarter people would necessarily still use it, but you can't forget the amount of certain things that are on that network that you don't get sued for.

And some people dont realize that you dont actually search all of those millions of users, its more like a few thousand...

It's been two posts and all you have managed to say has been that Kazaa sucks and also an insult towards me (Which is not needed, seeing as how I was nice enough to give you a gmail account when I didn't even know you). If you are going to post that something sucks, give a reason for the sake of actually holding up your end of the argument.
The FastTrack network is filled with fake movies and fake mp3s, we all know that and I always clearly say it should not be used for that. It still however has a good amount of people who share files that are neither of the two and it can be useful. My personal favorite thing to download off FastTrack is music videos and I have never to this day seen another network or program that could find that many, especially for rare groups and rare live shows. G1 and G2 have their share, but FastTrack just has so many. Pictures, Documents, and some TV shows also can either only be found on FastTrack or come in such an abundance that there is no need to use another program.
Don't use it if you don't want to, but don't knock it without reason. It has it faults and you can get sued for using it for certain things, but what about the things that don't have corruption, you can't get sued for, and so forth?

I was able, up until I stopped using it to get alot of good software off of fasttrack
I thought it was alot of shit ages ago until I realised most of the iso's aside from rar'ed progs that ended with exe were just renamed image files.
CHECK THIS OUT KIDS!!!!!!
If you download something on fasttrack and it says its an iso and its the right size but it ends with exe, just use isobuster to open it as most are just renamed extensions

actually with kazaalite being its own network, since the kazaa is banning all other nodes running it and stuff.

I always had trouble with kazaa and large files, iso`s and such, alot of people hosting them but when you d/l they usually came up corrupt. I guess that and all the miss labelled stuff turned me away, and towards BT.

Still use K lite when I remember an old song I want. I did this several days ago and noticed 15,000 on at the time and 3,000,000 files. I knew that this was not right, so exited the program and restarted it. Bingo, when it came back it was up to 2.8 million and several billion files shared. Might be a Kazaa problem. I to do not use the supernode at all and had it happen.

Look, the thing with Kazza lite is the stability has gone way down. It used to be that you'd see 2 to 3 million users on there always. Now a days the program makes you jump supernodes all the time, making the amount of users # go up and down. And if you're lucky to get on a good supernode saying 3 million, after you do a search or two it goes back down to 50,000 or something like that. This is very very anoying because you always have to jump supernodes now, and that messes up search results, and DL sources.
Kazza Lite people need to fix this program before everyone gets pissed off enough and quits using KL all together.
I mean come on Kazza Lite is now no match for "Area" or "Soulseek" wake up people Kazza's days are numbered unless they fix their program and fast!

I still use Kazaa for music mp3's but gotta find the right one that is not currupt.
Can find videos and docs and yet it is still a good network. Also the network still holding up steady with 2.5 to 3.0 million users still.

It could be a server problem. I seen it in 2.43 and the 2.4.4 version but when I click on file and disconnect then file and connect it return to the normal amount. Odd enought, exit the problem doesn't do the same as disconnecting the software from the server.
I think it the server because at one moment I could be looking at over 2 million people avaible and then drop to about 50, 000 people. After doing a disconnect and connect it shows as over 2 million people again, this might take more then 1 try to make it work but most of the time it works on the first time though.

Strange how many so mant people critisize fasttrack.
I cant think of a single time when i went looking for something in particular and didn't find it using KL.
But, each to their own, as they say.

I have noticed alot less as well. I still use Kazaa-lite 2.6 RC22 but not as much, I have switched to other file sharing programs since Kazaa has not been working as well for me I keep getting more searches all the time or alot less files being shared I have started to use Limeware or Bearshare lite. Plus other programs
