Adware not Spyware. The creator of eDonkey also have a paid version for ad free version. The ads are not that bad, it is a regular size ad on top of the Tool bar. Just get Adaware & delete any others it may found after you install it.

Yes and no...
They offer a version with cydoor (spyware) and one without it:

I am not sure about this UCmore download manager, the instllation is optional.
