Re-installing may do the trick. Download version 2.0.0.0 at http://shareaza.stealthspy.net/download/

I feel your pain. I've tried shareaza a few times and it's been nothing but a hassle. I gave up and I'm using Overnet for ed2k files now. I suggest you do the same.

press f9 and delete everythin u see there.. it should reload default ones.. and for ed2k, go to the settings and under edonkey, download a new server.met file. you have dsl, some dsl modems r routers.. plz check to make sure

shareaza is a hit or miss thing. sometimes i'll do a fresh install and gnutella just wont connect, it'll go thru all the host cache and come up dry. honestly you might be better off with something other than limewire.
For G2 connections try mldonkey, shinobu or gnucleus.

To magically connect:
Hit F9 in Shareaza
Highlight all of the items that appear in the Discovery Services window.
Delete all of the highlighted entries.
You will now be able to connect to G2.
