Does anyone know what this file is or what it does? It tried to install itself onto my comp. I think I have it deleted even know it was a pain getting rid of it.

Application that is used to run HTA files in Windows. The application is loaded as soon as an .HTA application needs to run and then terminates when the application completes.
I found this about it on the web it doesnt seem to be a virus or trojan or anything of that nature

Usually it means that some site is trying to execute some sort of code on your machine. I would use ZA to block it unless you REALLY want your pc talking to that site. It has been used as an adware install launcher on sites(mostly porn sites go fig).

You might want to go to this site http://privsoft.com/ and download HTAstop. It disables Hypertext Application programs [HTA].
