Hello,
Everyone here at Zeropaid.com.
Is it against the law to purchase or sell a Iso Image of a software program. I did a google search and received several yes and no answers.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Hey theres a guy saleing a 18000 song collection on an iOMEGA drive on ebay.. It says that he doesnt break any copyright laws, and says its from his own collection. Im questioning if you can sale drive images or used cd-r with mp3.s on them. I saw a quite a few saleing 24 queen albums in mp3 format. On one cd-r.. Let me know what you find on it. We may have to find it through a reliable source, someone who has studied the law.

You don't own the copyright, so yes.

Well, depends - if you wrote the software (ie your own company, etc.), then yeah, you totally can. In general, let's put it this way - if you made it and own the copyright, you can do whatever you want with it. If not, you can always license it and sell those licenses, but you can't just rip an ISO of your favorite game and start selling it.
