Its a great idea to have the peers cached so if the tracker is down you can still download, but when anyone with half a brain can open up the file and see all the ips, thats bad.
heres what i found at the end of the actual torrent file that azureus made (as a backup mind you)
(i put in the *** so peoples ips wouldnt be revealed, in the file they are seen in their unedited trackable form)

I am getting constant firewall hits from people trying to connect to me even when the program is not open.
Figured i would share this with everyone and theres nothing you can really do to stop it because its other peoples clients logging your ip. Why dont we just tell the RIAA and others that we are downloading stuff illegally?
