My Cox Cable Modem is moving so slow Im about to go Crazy Can someone please help.
It usually downloads 200/kbs to 1mb/s now its like 20/kbs.
What I DID:
Scanned for viruses
Scanned for Spyware
Disconnected the modem for a while
Cleaned out the computer (temporary internet files etc.)

Check out your speeds at a site like http://www.dslreports.com. If it is slow there then it is most likely a problem with you ISP; perhaps a (ISP) router went bad or something like that.
You could also call tech support and they may be able to tell you if there is some issue they are working on (assuming it doesn't take too long to get through to them).

If by a router he means an ISP router, then all you can do is wait, really. Could be anywhere from a few hours to a few days, but for me its usually within a few hours, and it's only happened twice.
