do you use No flash?

I was just wondering if any of you use that freeware program called no flash.
From time to time I use internet explorer to look at flash and just was curious if anyone else did. Now if I dont want to see flash I use no flash, but sometimes flash still shows up and I wonder about that. I even disable active x scripts and they still show up. Hell I even disable third party install as well and they still show up.

I notice something else interesting if you disable all of the active x scripting and disable the java scripting, the flash will still be shown, because some sites override the internet explorer components.

I mean i can easily remove flash from ie by not allowing flash at all, but i was curious if anyone uses it?

Can anyone recommend any other good programs to filter out flash, if not I will just remove flash all together from Internet explorer and then use mozilla firefox for flash. Like I said I wish to use flash in Internet explorer but only when I want it to.
