I might be wrong, but SoulSeek has a lot of specific driven music, meaning they specialize. Normally, the mantra of "trance/house/electronica music only" is what SoulSeek is all about, but you may have luck there anyway.

They also have many "request" avenues. If that fails, make your rounds on the P2P networks, then perhaps give the newsgroups a try (if you can).
