Mozilla 1.1 is out

Mozilla version 1.1 is out now. Its no longer in alpha stages. Go download it at http://www.mozilla.org.

i got this, and then deleted the executables for IE and outlook...
works every bit as good as IE, only no microsoft baggage

looks sort of like a netscape ripoff, but i can live with that

why doesnt the quick launch work as well anymore. whenever i prass the "x" on the browser, it closes and it closes the quick launch. i dont want that. is it a bug or is there a wau to fix it

Actually, wesr, you got it backwards. Netscape is based off of Mozilla. Mozilla is open source, and All current versions of Netscape are based off of Mozilla, but Netscape removes some features and it is no where near as good as Mozilla.

oh well then, sorry about the confusion. i think that in this version th quick launch isntt as good. when i x out, the quick launch takes a while to boot back up

yeah, ive found that quick launch really isnt so quick. Plus its conatantly using memory. Mozilla usually loads faster for me when i dont have quick launch on.

If you dont want it to look like netscape, (i hate netscapes looks) go to view, apply new theme. Mozilla comes with 2 , the ugly netscape one and a modern one.
